Sometimes there will be a question in mind that what the path of uploaded images or any images? So the path is as mentioned below:
wp-content/uploads/
Under the upload directory wordpress will create the folder with year and under the folder with date and in that folder it will upload the contents. For example, I have uploaded one screen capture then it will be stored at below mentioned path:
wp-content/uploads/2008/10/screencapture.jpg
