This plugin is used to control tag vocabulary as per the administrator requirement. It will set the limit in tag management to those user roles with the manage_categories capability.
The process of managing tags and adding them to posts is unchanged for those with the “manage_categories” capability, but other roles will see a checkbox list of existing tags (similar to the category check boxes) when adding or editing posts.
Requires WordPress Version: 2.6 or higher
