1) Login to the Dashboard.
2) Go to write–> Post or write–> Page. You can also use the existing post or page.
3) Click to add media icon.
4) In the upload media, select the “Choose File to upload” and brows the file from your computer.
5) To add this file to the post, click on “Insert into Post”.
This file will be inserted to your blog as an Attachment.
