You can transfer a blog between 2 people or between one person who has 2 names here.

The process is the same.

1) You want to transfer the blog to your friend.

2) You both must be registered at wordpress.com

3) Invite your friend to join the blog.

4) Promot your friend as an Administrator.

5) Now ask your friend to remove you’re the blog.

That’s it.
