In order to take a backup of form in CFormsII one need to perform below mentioned steps:
1) Login into wordpress admin control panel.
2) Click on CFormsII -> form settings.
3) Select the form from drop down menu for which one need to take backup..
4) Click on “Backup This Form” to take the backup.
That’s it!
