In order to enable/disable tell a friend option from CformsII one need to perform below mentioned steps:
1) Login into wordpress admin section.
2) Click on CformsII -> Form Settings.
3) Click on Tell-A-Friend Form Support.
4) Check/Uncheck checkbox for ‘Enable Tell-A-Friend’.
5) Click on update settings to apply changes.
