In order to enable/disable Label ID in CFormsII one need perfrom below mentioned steps:
1) Login into wordpress admin section.
2) Click on CFormsII -> Styling.
3) Click on Label ID Enable/Disable button.
4) Click on update changes to apply the changes on requriement.
