Snap shots in wordpress.com blog shows your visitors a simple overview of the other sites you are linking to. For example, I have linked my blog with the flickr site. It will be shown like this:
You can disable this option using the steps mentioned below:
1) Login to your dashboard.
2) Click on Appearance –> Extras.
3) Check the option Enable Snap Shots on this blog.
