Please folow these steps to create a book in wordpress blog with fron cover and index page:
1. Create a new page from Pages -> Add New called “Front”.
2. Create a new page from Pages -> Add New called “Index”.
3. Create a new page from Pages -> Add New called “Chapters”.
4. Go to Settings -> Reading Under Front page displays, choose A static page:
Set “Front” as the Front page.
Set “Chapters” as the Posts page.
5. Edit the “Front” page, insert a link to the “Index” page.
6. Create a new post from Posts -> Add New – this will be Chapter 1. Publish it. Copy the URL of the new post.
7. Edit the “Index” page, and create a link to Chapter 1.
8. Repeat the steps 6 and 7 for each chapter of the book.
