Hello All,
In order to apply form name in CformsII one need to perform below mentioned steps:
1) Login into wordpress admin area.
2) Click on CformsII – Form settings.
3) Select form name from the list. It should be a default ‘A new form’.
4) Apply Form name in Apply Form name box.
5) Click on update settings to apply changes.That’s it!
