Case Study: File URL and Post URL buttons are there but does not work.

Hi,

I am able to view the File URL and Post URL buttons but can not able to click on that. However, I have searched few solutions and I have provided it here:

1) Upgrade wordpress to the latest available stable version.
2) Disable all plugins and check with that buttons. Enable plugin on one by one to find out the culprit.
3) Download the fresh copy of the wp-admin/includes/media.php file and replace in your installation files.
