An Intorduction to WordPress Page Structure

Posted by

Hi,

WordPress page is setup with three parts:
1) Header
2) Content
3) Footer

Each of these blocks is generated by a template file in current WordPress Theme. The header contains all the information that needs to be at the top inside the tag of XHTML page.

he content part contains the posts and pages of your blog,

The footer contains the information that goes at the bottom of the page, such as links to other Pages or categories on your site in a navigation menu, copyright and contact information, and other details.

Thanks,

Shane G.
