Hi,
This plugin is used to gathering data about site/s unique visitors. It will only record data in a local file located at /var/log/wordpress/visitors.log
This plugin only records unique visits. For example, someone clicking a link on blog that goes to another page of blog will not be recorded.
The primary purpose of this plugin is so that administrators that use their own OS level reporting mechanisms such as LogWatch, nagios, Big Brother, etc. can create their own reporting plugins for these tools, all the while keeping their WordPress database and admin panel nice and tidy.
Requires WordPress Version: 2.0.2 or higher

Hi,
The visitor blogroll is a WordPress Plugin/Widget which allows visitors to your blog to leave an RSS feed of their blog which is then displayed on your visitor blogroll. As the blog owner, you can see who has been adding their RSS feeds to yours using the handy RSS feed of RSS feeds which we provide for free. In short, it’s a great way to find out who your readers are and a great way to network.
