Hi,
When users are first created then they are automatically assigned to the primary blog. But, you may want to set them up on multiple blogs by default.
This feature is especially helpful if you’re using bbpress or other forum software where the user needs a role on that blog in order to participate. This plugin allows site admin to set the default role on as many blogs as desired for all new users.

Hi,
This plugin is used to set the changes in email which used to access a user’s gravatar so that their registered email avatar is not used. This would be useful for sites where users require an extra layer of privacy.
The email used to access the gravatar is changed to the format of “member.%USER%@mydomain.com” which is customizable directly in the plugin file.
If you have any problems with the plugins, please visit our support forums for further information and provide some feedback first, we may be able to help. It’s considered rude to just give low ratings and no reason for doing so.
