This Contact Form plugin is a database based. It uses wordpress database for storage, instead of mailing form contents. The rationale is cheap hosting servers can be very restrictive. Most contact form plugins have issues with these servers.

This plugin has a modal form so user does not have to leave the page. Contact Form pop ups on a overlay, just like the lightboxes.

This is very simple Contact Form through which you can add to any page or post using either the built in tinyMCE editor or shortcode. The form is not customizeable, although you can alter the appearance with CSS.

It has the option of using reCAPTCHA or a very primitive version. The ONW reCAPTCHA integration will not cause any conflicting errors with other reCAPTCHA installations on your WordPress.

It asks for a name, email address, and body text, and then emails all of it to an email you specify in configuration. if you do not give it an address then the form will send email to the default to the blog’s administrative email address.
